10 Days of Fitmass


In order to get our Active schools flag for our school Múinteoir Rachael and Muinteoir Grace gave us a challenge called the "10 days of fitmass". We had to carry out a number of exercises throughout the day. Some of the exercises like jumping jacks, skipping and press-ups we found quite easy, however, russian twists, frog squats and jumping lunges proved to be a bit more difficult. We all really enjoyed partaking in these exercises and on the last day we even got to get some exercise in the park. Did you know only 15 minutes of exercise a day can improve your concentration, mood and health.
